Nevertheless, popsicle lip stains are a thing, and the somewhat messy look we're big fans. And nope, trying this gorgeous makeup trend doesn't have to be summer — you can rock it all year round. STEP 1: EXFOLIATE WITH A SCRUB YOUR LIPS
